Jazz In The Valley
Design Brief:
The purpose behind this poster design was to create a promotional / souvenir poster for an annual Jazz festival on my school campus showcasing alumni from our school, alongside other notable musicans in the area. My goal was to create a vintage showcard like poster, in refrence to the history of the performers within our school aswell as kansas citys historic history with Jazz music. I stuck with a grid layout, alongisde minimal yet bold colors to direct the viewers eye to important details like the event title and date.
